Week 8 !

Week 7 has passed and here it is week 8 everyone !

Madam Azida told us to do a new assignment which is to do an explainer video about a campaign using Powtoon or any other video maker software as well.

I and my groups have chosen a topic about how to recognized uncertified medispa. The reason we have chosen this topic was because that many people had problems with their skins and they do not know which medispa to go. End up they went to several uncertified medispa which have made their skin gotten worse than before.

Hey hooo week 7 !

This week I have to create my own Powtoon video about my life goals. Above is the video that I have made using Powtoon and enjoy my Powtoon video.

It is my first time using Powtoon to create such magnificent video. Madam Azida taught me how to properply use each functions properly and to explore and made our video to the maximum creativity of our own !

Week 6 is here guys !

For this week class, I have been taught about Powtoon. What is Powtoon ?

According to getapp.com, Powtoon is a video editing tool designed to help businesses to create animated videos and presentations for marketing, human resource, information technology and any relevant purposes. Powtoon users are able to have access to a library of royalty-free music, objects, videos and props to enhance their creations.

With Powtoon, I do not have anymore trouble of making my own videos with my own creativity because an amateur like me requires a tremendous effort and time to create such creative video and using a complex and advanced software would definitely put a big wall into my learning process of making such videos.

Hola week 5 !

Hi everyone ! Its already week 5 and in this post I will show to you what were the software that I and my partner used for our podcast editing !

We have been given a task by Madam Azida to create our own podcast in a pair with any free-choice topic. I and my partner Syafiqah have chosen a topic about "How to be happy in your life" after a series of discussion and selecting a very good topic for our listeners.

After we have wrote the script, we were using a variety of audio software for our podcast audio. The list of the software was Audacity (open source), Sony Vegas Pro 13.0 Suite, Adobe Audition and Wavepad Audio Editor. This is because each of the software has its own advantages and features which to increase the quality of our podcast audio.

We used Iphone 8s for recording and record in a wav. file because of its universal format. Right after that, we edit the audiofile using those software that I mentioned in the previous paragraph. I will upload our podcast audio as soon as we finish the last bit of editing part. Stay tuned !

Eh Week 4 already ?!

Huanying everyone ! Time flew so fast and its already week 4 !

For this week class, I have learnt about Podcast which is something I have heard before but never had the change to try it on my own.

According to www.computer.howstuffworks.com, Podcast is a free service that allows internet users to pull audio files (typically MP3 format or any relevant format) from a podcasting Web site to listen to on their computers or personal digital audio or smartphone. In the website did mentioned too that the term comes from a combination of the words Ipod (a personal digital audio player made by Apple) and broadcasting. It does not necessarily requires an Ipod to listen to a podcast. You can use any devices that able to play MP3 file or any audio file.

Yeay Week 3 is here !

Anneoyong everyone ! This is the third week post and what I have learnt today is Search Engine and Computer Mediated Communication (CMC).

Nowadays, search engine have become very popular across the globe because of its flexibility and its main function that ease people when it comes to seek information about something that they're not know and used. According to Merriam Webster Dictionary, computer software used to search data (such as text or database) for specified information. Smartphone users are very happy with this tools which will help them a lot whenever, whenever or whatever they need to know.

Next, CMC is a process in which human data interaction occurs through one or more networked telecommunication systems. There are two types of CMC which is synchronous and asynchronous mode. Asynchronous mode does not require all users to be online at the same time and the example are emails and text message which the user can reply later if they are busy with their daily routine. Synchronous mode requires all user to online at the same time and interact in a particular software which have that mode. For example, video call or group video call, or chatroom which all user will be online and interact to each other.

Ohaiyo Week 2 !

This is the second week for our class and today we learned about CALL which stands for Computer Assisted Language Learning and Canva software.

Technically, Canva is a software to create an elementary design. Canva is very easy and convenient to be use at anytime as long as you know what are the things that you wanted to make or edit. I was never exposed about this kind of software until I've learnt it in class and until today I am still using it for education purposes and work matters because of its interface and less complex function and features.

CALL or Computer Assisted Language Learning is one of the language tools. CALL is the general term for the range of processes and activities that employ computers in the teaching and learning of a new language. This tool is extremely beneficial to teachers and learners because teachers can use this tool to teach students based on their performance level whether they are slow learners or an average learners. For learners, they can take their own time to complete the task or activity that has been given by their teacher and they can even learn something new without needing the teacher at present.
